Influence of High Crystalline Amino Acid Inclusion on Poultry Diet Formulation and Pellet Quality

نویسندگان

چکیده

A total of 3 broiler diets were pelleted to determine the effects diet formulation on pellet quality. Dietary treatments consisted corn and soybean meal (SBM)-based control, control with crystalline Val, Val Ile. As amino acids (AA) increased in diets, concentrations as SBM choice white grease (CWG) removed balance for nitrogen-corrected metabolizable energy (MEn). Diets contained 54.2, 56.4, 57.5% corn; 39.1, 37.1, 36.2% SBM; 2.5, 2.1, 1.9% CWG + Ile respectively. Corn was ground approximately 1,000 μm used mix 1,100 lb feed per treatment. There replicates treatment time processing a blocking factor order randomized within each block. via steam conditioning (10 × 55 in., Wenger twin staff preconditioner, Model 150) using mill (CPM PM 1012-2 HD) equipped 3/16 1 ¼ in. die. The target temperature 185°F 30 s at 34 lb/min production rate. Pellet samples collected cooled an experimental counterflow cooler 15 min percent fines, standard durability index (PDI; ASABE S269.4, 2007), modified PDI (three 19-mm hex nuts) Holmen NHP100 60 s. Hot decreased (P < 0.01) compared which 184.5, 185.1, 185.088°F, kilowatts (kW) 9.1, 8.9, 10.3 kW 0.05) diets. Percent fines AA added fat diet. For PDIs 66.5, 73.6, 76.6% standard; 46.9, 52.8% modified; 53.4, 67.8, 73.7% methods, In conclusion, increasing AA, Ile, led improved quality, can be explained by 0.4% or 0.6% reduction balancing MEn

Dietary Formulation with Poultry by-Product Meal on a Total Amino Acid vs. a Digestible Amino Acid Basis

Previous results indicated that performance of chicks fed a high level (10%) of poultry by-product meal(PBM) was lower than performance of chicks fed a corn-soybean meal (SBM) diet. The latter difference was hypothesized to be due to variation in digestible amino acid (AA) levels among the diets. This study evaluated diets containing PBM formulated on equivalent total AA basis vs. an equivalent...

Influence of vegetable amino acids and oils supplementation of on Chlorella vulgaris amino acid profile

The aim of the present research is to investigate the profile of amino acid of Chlorella vulgaris supplemented with some plant amino acid and oil extracts. The bioactive oil and amino acid from four Iranian medicinal plants, namely Oliveria decumbens, Thymus kotschyanus, Trachyspermum ammi, and Zataria multiflora were obtained. The LC-MS / MS analysis demonstrated that the major amino acids com...
